Lower Body Strength & Stability Flow
This balanced flow works on building strength and stability throughout the entire lower body.
We will start with flowing bridge poses to warm up the hips and hamstrings, then transition into cat/cow to warm up the spine.
Next we will blend in elements of Pilates by working on heel lifts and fire hydrants to get the glutes working!
Dynamic crescent poses with the option to add lunges are followed by tricky warrior three to standing balances to really focus on building core strength and leg stability.
Close off the practice with deep low lunges and bound angle pose.
