Or do you ever feel like you are extra critical on yourself when things aren't going your way?

Join me for a 10 minute guided meditation/self care practice centered around the idea of self appreciation and self acceptance.

In this self reflection journey, we will work on cultivating patience towards ourselves and gratitude for everything that we bring to the world and where we are on our journey.

It is ok to less than ideal moments once in awhile.... but remember, bad moments do not mean a "bad life".
