Bird of Paradise Tutorial

In this tutorial, I will be teaching you one of my favorite poses – BIRD OF PARADISE!

This pose looks challenging, but if you spend some time mastering a few basic poses (bound side angle and balance), bird of paradise is totally accessible! The thing to focus on is opening up your hips, chest and shoulders first! If you are newer to the practice, a strap or belt can help you with this!

Once you are able to get into a bind, it simply comes down to balance, breath and a strong core! Push play and try it out for yourself! Props: Strap optional
